What is a Mobile Chair Massage?

A Mobile Chair Massage is a type of massage where the recipient is seated in a specially designed massage chair and remains fully clothed during the massage. Different massage techniques are applied to focus on the upper body, head, neck, and arms to relieve tension and stress. The length of a typical Chair Massage session is between 10 and 30 minutes, but it can be customized to fit each individual client’s needs.

Who are your therapists?

We have a large team of professional therapists that are licensed and insured in State of Illinois. Our staff has extensive training in different massage techniques and we place great emphasis on their continued education in the field of holistic health.

How do I schedule a Mobile Chair Massage for my event?

No. You schedule with us and we do the rest. We bring everything needed for chair massage: a specially designed chair, individual face covers, cleaning & sanitation supplies, music, wavers for each individual, etc.

What are the requirements to set-up a Mobile Chair Massage?

• Minimal space required – we can set up one Chair station in a 5 ft x 6 ft space
• No privacy needed – massages are performed to recipient while fully dressed
• No oils or lotions are necessary – massage is applied over the clothing

Will Chair Massage disrupt my workplace/convention?

Absolutely not! We work quietly. Chair Massage sessions are short and take no longer than a coffee break.
These last three points should be combined.

What are the hours of operation for our Mobile Chair Massages?

We are available 7 days a week from 9am-8pm, but can extend hours as necessary if previously arranged.

What is the form of payment?

We accept cash, check or any major credit card.

*Please note that check payments need to be received 3 business days before services are conducted.

What are the rates for chair massage?

Each Chair Massage event is customized especially for your meeting, conference or event, so pricing can vary depending on the number of therapists, chairs and or length of services. However, there is a minimum charge service of $150 for one therapist for 2 hours of Chair Massages. Please call us 312.719.0603 for a complementary quote based on your specific requirements.

How to Reserve our Services?

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. A non-refundable deposit equal to one hour charge will be charged on day of booking, the balance is due on the day of the event.

If the event is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit can be used towards another event booking for 3-month grace period.

We suggest you schedule at least a few days in advance to ensure availability of your desired day and time, but you can always check for last-minute availability.

What is your company Cancellation Policy?

We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations to be made within 24 hours of notice. Same day cancellations are non-refundable

If client has later start then scheduled?

We understand that things come up that are out of clients control. Should there is delay with a start time we give a 15-minute grace period and then client is responsible for full service fees. If time permits therapist can stay longer after scheduled time window for additional charge, just coordinate with account manager.

Gratuities?

Gratuities for the therapist(s) are not included in the price for services, but they are customary and highly appreciated by the therapists. They can be given in cash directly to the therapists or added to the credit card payment.

Any additional Charges we need to know?

There might be a surcharge for services requested outside of regular business hours (before 8 am or after 8 pm) or in a location outside our regular working area (downtown Chicago and surrounding area).
